I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You have no online banking, no phone banking and cannot get a debit card for 4 to 6 months after opening account. Due to big shot having to review. If money is not there how would use it any card anyway. Went to drive up, woman was still at the window,(2 min before the hour, saw no sign they would close early at drive up). No cars behind me and she tells me they are closed. How else do u get money if there is no other way?? It is upsetting enough to have this problem, but to top it off I was called to make a trip out of state to see mother who was hospitalized today, due to heart condition. I think the service there is a zero. I will be changing my service to another bank.
